Aspiring Graphic Designer with Architectural Roots
Hello and welcome to my portfolio! I'm Aaron, and my first five semesters at Tulane University were dedicated to studying architecture. I love the process of creating art digitally, but grew to find that I prefer the freedom of graphic design over the structured constraints tied to architecture. So, in the second semester of my junior year, I decided to pursue graphic design and dedicated my 3 remaining semesters to acquiring the skills I need to become a graphic designer while learning how graphic design can intersect with my architectural skills.
Throughout my education, I developed a strong foundation in design principles, spatial aesthetics, and a keen eye for detail. My academic and practical experiences have equipped me with a unique approach to visual communication, and enable me to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also functionally intuitive.
My journey into graphic design is fueled by a desire to explore the intersection of form and function in the digital realm. I possess a deep appreciation for the importance of visual storytelling and aim to create designs that resonate with their users.
I am drawn to a wide range of design disciplines, from branding and illustration to web and environmental graphic design. With every project, I am committed to delivering meaningful and visually engaging solutions that captivate and inspire.
